Virginia Ann Eidson

Virginia Ann Eidson, age 84 of Cleveland, passed away Saturday, September 12, 2015 at her residence following an extended illness. Mrs. Eidson was born March 30, 1931 in Carrollton, GA to the late John and Ava Cash. She was formerly employed by Sears and made jewelry for a hobby. Virginia and her husband James moved to White County so they could retire in the mountains. She spent her childhood growing up in Lithia Springs, GA. Virginia was preceded in death by her husband James Eidson and sister Janette Compton. Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Richard and Karen Eidson, McDonough; Michael and Jody Eidson, Smyrna; Jim and Karen Eidson, Tallapoosa; Robert and Darlene Eidson; brother, John W. Cash Jr., California; 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 2-4 & 6-8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
