Walter Leonard Scull Jr.

Mr. Walter Leonard Scull Jr., age 91, of Sautee Nacoochee, passed away Friday, February 18, 2022. Mr. Scull was born in Atlantic City, NJ to the late Walter Leonard Scull Sr. and Ada Loper Scull. In addition to parents, he was preceded in death by wife, Margaret Scull; step-daughter, Diane Powell; and step-sons, Paul Watkins III and Mark Watkins. Mr. Scull served his country in the US Army and served in Korea. He was a manager for Rite Aid stores during his career. Survivors include grandchildren, Tracy Powell, Jenni Grizzle, Ronald Powell, Jr., Julie Watkins, Raeanne Watkins; son-in-law, Ronald Powell Sr.; great-grandchildren, Ashleigh Grizzle, Jacob Grizzle, Shane Grizzle, Tye Clark, Shannon Clark, Kacie Clark; great-great granddaughter, Noah Harper Archer and Naomi Rogan Boggs; nephew, George "Bud" Batts. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 P.M. Saturday, February 26, 2022 from the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Yonah View Memorial Gardens.
