Wanda Gail Chastain

Wanda Gail Chastain, age 81 of Cleveland, passed away Friday, March 29, 2024. Mrs. Chastain was born March 4, 1943, in Clay County, NC to the late Narvie and Louell Penland Hall. Wanda was an accountant for Crane-Movats and she was a member of Nacoochee Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Julie Cantrell, sisters, Lucille McClure, Greta Dellinger and Lorraine Mason. Survivors include her husband, Tommie Chastain, Cleveland; sons and daughters-in-law, Tim and Tacie Bracken, Ellijay; Tony and Nellie Bracken, Cleveland; daughters and sons-in-law, Jennifer and Don Edwards, Byron; Ruth and Mike Ogle, Warner Robins; son-in-law, Craig Cantrell, Woodstock; brother, Ted Hall, Ellijay; grandchildren, Taylor Cantrell, Bailey Cantrell, Caleb and Emily Bracken, Anne Elise Williams, Dixie Williams, Justin and Aubrey Ogle, Katelyn and Jose Rivera, Destiny Vargo, Avery Edwards, Matt and Brandy Ogle; 7 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild also survive. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home.
