Wayne Alan Thompson

Wayne Alan Thompson, age 76, of Sautee-Nacoochee, went peacefully to his eternal heavenly home on Thursday, January 11, 2024. Mr. Thompson was born on October 12, 1947, in Biddeford, Maine, to the late John and Jean Descoteaux Thompson. He was a decorated Vietnam War Veteran and a veteran of the United States Army. Wayne worked in Operations Management in the Stock Brokerage industry for 30 plus years and attended Union Baptist Church. He will always be honored and remembered as a devoted and loving husband and father. Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Donna Thompson; and sons, Bryan Thompson and Todd Thompson; granddaughter, Tessa Thompson. *** Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances the visitation and service has been cancelled.
