Willie Mae Thomas

Willie Mae Thomas, age 89 of Cleveland, passed away Friday, January 21, 2011 at her residence. Mrs. Thomas was born July 26, 1921 in Blairsville to the late Charlie and Kate Daniel Franks. She was a homemaker and a member of Center Grove Baptist Church. Mrs. Thomas was preceded in death by her daughter Linda Lovell. Survivors include her husband, Tommie Thomas; daughters and sons-in-law, Vivian and Jerry Thomas; Wanda and Charles Trotter; all of Cleveland; son and daughter-in-law, Danny and Debbie Thomas, Cornelia; step-son, David Thomas, Cleveland; 6 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and special friend, Lisa Hall, Cleveland. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Sunday, January 23, 2011 from the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Bill Trotter and the Rev. Shoan Thomas will officiate.
