Wilmer Pierce

Wilmer Edwin Pierce, age 79, of Cleveland, passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2022. Mr. Pierce was born on June 11, 1942, in Great Bend, Kansas. He was a retired mechanic for National Tire and was known as the “go to” guy. He was straight forward and knowledgeable and will be remembered as a great father and grandfather. In addition to his parents, Wilmer was preceded in death by his son, Randell Pierce. Survivors include his sons, Rodney Pierce (Dusty), Roger Pierce, and Russell Pierce; sister, Dewita Louise Pierce (David); several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 P.M. Monday, March 14, 2022, at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Yonah View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home, prior to the funeral service.
